There are plenty of things to mention. 1 No work culture 2 No support from seniors on work difficulty 3 multiple reporting head and difference of opinion on every stage 4 work clearity is zero 5 one person in this organization currently heading multiple department have all the knowledge but of no use 6 if company want to grow top management understand difficulty of staff 7 old staffs are use to safeguard thereself and poor politics and few are there due to there some of other situation 9 management don't want to take ownership and lower management don't want to speak openly 10 support department have many of instability for example no fix hr admin IT etc 11 Management should thankful to staff who is dragging with there arrogant behavior and taking nonsense decision from them 12 less growth ans guidance 13 management want best and compair best when expect for work and compair worst market company when time come to give increment or appreciation 14 staff are not motivated 15 one person is so cunning that she target everyone who is working under silence with opinion to management. Karma played his role? 16 Tmely guiding staff and giving needed support will help management rather fault finding. 17. Staff leave from here due to non satisfaction of work and few people are there who is dragging due to there inability. 18. I Joint here on 15th May and in few days understood complete mess-up in account department, No Senior staff are taking any responsibility. Specially Account head and manager level staff. No systematic work allocation , doer will do the work and audience staff will watch the match. Salary not in time, Management have done a mistake with selecting such head staff.
