Many. If you are reading the company's review as they might be replacing me with a candidate like you. Don't go there. I worked there for 5 days and those 5 days were hell for me. Do something else, get a new hobby but don't even go there for job. Trust me when I say this. I have worked with top companies like Teleperformance and Genpact, I regret my decision for leaving those companies just to get myself in this toxic company. They will lure you with the position of HR Manager even if you don't have experience in Recruitment and then they will treat you like an Intern or I must say as a SLAVE!...Read More

Failing as a leader mentor and guider . Lack of growth . If you are working as a manager no team is alloted to you , you have to work on your own , all targets u need to achieve on your own . Lots of pressure they give , if because of one lack if target is not fullfiled direct they mark LWP . As far as i have exp. this is not the way org. can work .
