- The promotions are based on the time an employee is working with the company not on the basis of skills. - Due to above point, most of the managers in the company are not skilled and not have the required management and technical skills. - Unprofessional behavior of the management. - 3 years bond for freshers and 1 year bond for the experienced new joiners.
