This company supports you well with a basic salary.

Dislikes

Work life balance sucks and they don't even let you take your own leave. They tend to nag you with their micro mangement and they expect you to devote your life to the company forget your own life. Even though they are suitable for work from home they dont even try to support the employee in tough times and expect us to be in office.

Never join this company, Domination and criticism only. Error only matters, No efforts mattered. Very poor work environment, need to work 10 hours shift but you will never leave after that. Work compulsion is terrible.
