If you get upfront hike then only it's beneficial and max you can work is 2 years

Dislikes

- No insurance - No mediclaim - 6 day working - No work culture - Poor bus facility - No performance monitoring system - No flexibility in working hours - Leave policy horrible due to sandwich leave you can't take leave before and after a holiday - No written rules / approved leave policy in place - Sick leave not allowed in notice period - Early reliving in leu of cash not allowed for high responsibility posts - Travel time from city to location too much - Roads also very poor in transit...Read More
