Company is good for Technical, quality, engineering, planning department due to lot of learning and for new skill development. Good salary increment for technical and quality department.

Dislikes

For production department very very poor culture because lots of time shift officers are working in 12hr duty due to unexpected reasons. Even after 12hr duty poor salary increment compared to quality and technical department. If any production officer in A shift, most of the time he stop till 6.00pm. Bad HR policies, if want to contact via call with HR team they could not attend the call of anyone except saved contact numbers. I think its a bad culture for production team. Always production team working hard whenever in visit also, benefits in salary not for production. No android mobile phones allowed in company. Its allowed for only special peoples or for above assistant manager only, if we have any urgent work then we can't do anything without android mobile. Those people using Android mobiles till Dy Manager their camera had been removed of android phones....Read More

Internal politics on floor No facility by HR HR involvement in personal problem and not help from HR Butter polishing always gets promoted Wrost shop floor culture No culture fest and skill development If you say right thing then you will demotion by internal politics Some of manager personally good.
