I was physics prof there. If anybody full fill ugc conditions then he/she grow there. Salary become good after 3-4 years spend there.

Dislikes

Firstly timing issue. Second it is out of city like 18-20 km. If ur relation good with HOD then u get name n fame if u stand with truth then u not grow there.

As mention above me physics prof there so if u have good command on ur subject then its good. One thing without computer knowledge u have zero in thus institute
