Open culture, adopting open door policy. If you are passionate about working, this company has lot of work. Every client brings a new challenge for Avati's products.

Dislikes

Most of Avati's clients are in the Middle East. So some weekends are sometimes WFH. But our clients are understanding and manage to shift the requirements to the next day.

Good team members. Very less politics. Flexible working hours

Dislikes

No diversity. Male female ratio for a toss. Work load on weekends. Pay is not at parwith other similar companies
