Avlight Automotives Ltd., was established in 1996 in the industrial hub of north India, Faridabad, by two 1st generation industry professionals, to manufacture Plastic molded components , Lighting Equipment & Plastic Injection molds In 2004 Avlight shifted its manufacturing facilities to IMT, Manesar, Haryana, India with an acquisition of one acre of industrial plot and construction of factory building with built up area of more than 25,000 square feet. The plant at Manesar has equipment with wide range of Plastic Injection Molding Facilities to handle molds from 80 Tons to 700 Tons, with automated Assembly Section and Tool Room which is equipped with latest designing and machining facility (CAD/CAM). The dynamic leadership of the Top Management and the dedicated effort of the AVLIGHT TEAM has enabled the company to grow continuously a steady pace to meet the increasing needs of the customers by providing, with reliable quality products with total focus on QUALITY, COMPETITIVE COST AND TIMELY DELIVERY. To further enhance the manufacturing capacities, the company established its second plant in the state of Tamil Nadu, at Valam Vadagal, in 2014, at a new Industrial hub developed by SIPCOT opposite India Yamaha’s 2nd plant, to explore and cater to needs of the company’s products in South India.
