1. The software and digital platforms are good. 2. The IT support is good, you won't face much issues in day to day execution of tasks related to system 3. The technical training culture is above average 4. The company is progressing on digital platforms and there is much to learn.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is a big setback as most part of job will be key account management and you will be in direct contact of all sorts of commercial vehicle customers 2. The upper management in Aftermarket service as well as whole company for that sake has been very volatile from 2019. The properties change within days and most of the times focus is on unproductive jobs. 3. There is firefight going on for most of the day. The processes are not the focus center and they are mostly individual driven. 4. Channel partners and End customers both really too much on TSM.
