Nothing is their to like it; because after joining ASAP, I felt like I was trapped. Because I was left my permanent job due to ASAP upper Management commit me you are going to permanent in clients organization(TCS) after your performance based; but truly saying each and every commitment was false.

Dislikes

If project will over with client companies ASAP is unable to move you to some other project, their is no regular communication with us. Sometimes I felt helpless because; its very difficult to reach out HR, Finical teams for my queries.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
