Avoid this company- Working at aromatic garden essence as been nothing short of nightmare. The official shift was supposed to from 9:30am to 6:30pm, but in reality you are expected to stay till 9pm. Despite working extra hours, if you are just late by 10mins they have the audacity to deduct the salary. Even they will ask to come onSunday which you week off. Sick leaves practically nonexistent- taking one feels like a crime. The work culture is toxic. The company owner seems to believe that the employees are nothing more than there (naukar).
