Management is not clear on the vision of the company. They hire people like crazy and they will not utilise the talent or domain expertise. The day to day work depends on the mood of the manager. Sometimes, manager will be upset and he will yell at the people. Sometimes it will be cool approach. Mood of the management is unpredictable. I like this organization, because really its need a strong knowledge person to streamline the process in all the department.

Dislikes

This company is only suitable for fresher. It is not preferable for the experienced and corporate worked people since their is not systematic work flow. Their is no Bonus, No Increment, No systematic workflow, No Knowledge to fix the escalation, Particularly If you are leaving the company they will treat like enemies. If they terminate you their will not be any compensation salary (Notice Period Salary). 28 people left within one year, 5 hr left the job. Actually it is not like company.
