- Job security - Work life balance (if you are not into Sales)

Dislikes

- Indifferent culture towards training - Appraisal system happens every two years. Until then there is no scope for salary increments - Pay scale is lower than the market for majority of the positions (unless you are Department Head) - Poor corporate culture - Highly bureaucratic environment

Likes

Job security is good as long as there is no direct interference in the line of action by the owners. Good work life balance. Timely Salary & Value Perks are pretty good for the industry segment. But all these pros were on a downward trend since 2019.

Dislikes

Old school middle and top management, lack of investment in learning and development. No employee satisfaction of direction by the top management. Hard to correct or fix the old system of people, process or policies due to lengthy work tenures of 20+ years for most people in middle to upper management. No deifned growth path for employees joining the company. No training and development department. HR is a silent and no interest function for a large workforce. All the perks value have been on the decline and not worth by 2020. Not stable in Covid-19 pandemic and employees were on the line of fire for 2020. They are unable to utilise the large workforce to their advantage and lack foresightedness on innovative business strategies in the long run....Read More
