Some point Dislikes: 1) Associate salary and AMNS Worker salary lot of gap. AMNS Techanical Consultant not provide anual increment and medical facility etc. Because work with full dedication for growing company actively participate. 2) Deserve candidate not benefited, maximum benift personal bases. 3) Resources not proper utilize.Need to improve with deserv candidate. 4) Actually and Data sheet lot of gap. 5) Hard core zone and shoft zone worker same benefit.
