1. The company is well known to attract the Saudi national and have high salaries for the drilling operation departments especially the senior and manager levels 2. Rig have the best caravans for sleepers for the new rigs. 3. The best company for fresh graduates.

Dislikes

1. They don't have a clear management system, and they are still dealing with papers to finish the work rather than dealing with it electronically most of the time. 2. Office employees have toxic behavior towards other employees especially the top management. 3. Grading and promotion system for the job position is so hard for the rig personnel and easy for the office employee. 4. benefits is provided for the office employees more than the one on the rig side regarding studying and taking vacations paid and unpaid. 5. Organizational structure Turn-over company type hard to follow who is who assigned for the rig. 6. Salary ladder is low for all department (except some expat with high profiles passports from foreign countries). 7.
