There is no proper recognition in quality control laboratory.Working culture is very worst,the person who are close to managers are in safe zone others were shit for them employers were forced to work overtime without pay 6.00 to 17.30, 10.30 to 22.00 safety was very poor they didn't provide gloves mask we have to sample acids with bare hands appraisal were very poor.
