I like the training procedures ,well organized systems

High work load and low salary ,work pressure is very high ,sometimes have to do overtime and other duties other than our job

It's tiring but we can learn many things if you are willing to stay there for 2 yrs

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
