The worst salary structure I am an accountant and greeting in hand salary of only 10K after having 1.5 years of experience, The management is not supportive they bully juniors, Work life balance is worst, Promotion is worst, I think it is the worst company to work they are paying more salary than me to the employee who come from political refference having zero knowledge, They are forcing to work me for 12 hours a day. Even if I am on leave they disturb me everyday. I am leaving this company soon....Read More
