We would like to clarify a few points. Before joining, we ensure that our team is well-informed about the work distribution and schedule. The Gurukul follows a healthy lifestyle that includes waking up early and maintaining structured routines. Meetings are an integral part of our growth process for both teachers and students, and our food timings are designed to maintain a disciplined environment. The food festival is one of our most cherished events, where both students and teachers participate actively. It is a celebration of community and collaboration, making it a shared experience rather than a responsibility. Regarding the location, like most Gurukuls, we value peace and quiet. While the school may seem secluded, services like Swiggy are available for those who require them, and our canteen and infirmary cater to immediate needs. Residential life can be demanding, but it is also rewarding. We recognize the challenges and continuously strive to improve our processes to make the experience fulfilling for everyone involved.
