The work-life balance is okay-ish. You get to learn a lot about how not to manage your employees and how not to run a workplace or business. As an introvert, one thing I loved is that we never had to go out for site-visits.

Dislikes

The owner is sexist. He doesn't like to let his female employees out for site-visits. As an introvert I didn't mind this. But I recognise this as limiting my growth. The owner never sheilds you from poor, arrogant, and bad clients. You have to take the blame for his mistakes. You will never get your salary in time. I did not like anything there.

Dislikes

Salary was never on time. We weren't paid during the second COVID wave for three months. Reason given was client hadn't paid. The boss used to call after office hours about work. We never got time off without some complaining from the boss even when we were sick. Taking Saturday and Monday off was never allowed.
