Horrible Culture Confused poor leader founder Heavy politics Grouping and discrimination No KRAS..everyone has to do everything You may also be asked to do personal favours like taking care of the Founder’s house kids and cleaning her washroom The Founder can’t get over her Entitled name and will treat everyone like a servant. Everything else. People are encouraged to shout at colleagues, HR makes untrue promises while joining. At the time of leaving, the promises get broken on various "Company Policy" grounds. For the leadership, even the most fine technical work is just a "work" and can be done by anybody.
