Sharqawi Owners are very good. The company has a record of no salary delay. Just now from past couple of month due to financial crisis and market conditions our salary is delayed by 15 days only. The owners are good persons, if the company doing good financially they distribute the money in the form of bonus and increments to employees

Dislikes

Some ground level politics exists in all companies, The owners should take necessary actions to avoid such politics, biased people and make sure all employees get good recognition and benefits
