The directors are good.

Dislikes

But, middle & top managers are not good. Not qualified, less experienced. If you are having good contacts with top managers, you can reach at any level. Nobody will touch you. Or, you will be pressurised to resign. And finally, when you announce your resignation decision, that day onwards, everyone will become your foes. No supports and treat you differently. Especially, your financial benefits, from your deserved hard earnings, many unjustifiable and unquestionable deductions can be anticipated. The results you can see. Poor employee retention rate and those who are there for a long, just due to their desperations. Pathetic....Read More
