Employee grievance reddresal very poor because, HR department inefficient & top management don't interfere.

Work Details

Generally speaking, as i was the finishing & backsizing plant manager, i was responsible for the entire plant operations. like, finished product quality, packaging quality, delivery time, manpower control, machine operations , production issues, etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
