Company intended to keep me life long as for being expertise in credit underwriting, Credit policy framing, risk analisis and control with a quick online verification quality of all titles deeds, search reports from empanelled lawyers, KYC & Financial. The profile was all in one and the cheapest overall fro the company. I created a very attractive environment of helping nature and cooperation to each other. The management was not fully centralized but partially authorized to local officials to take decisions at regional level.
