Some products are good like Hawai. But the market is changing and hawai will not be the future.

Sales GM do not know how to sell, no support from his end. He dont listen to us. No learning at all from him and from management. It is a family business where we are all labours. No company life, no motivation. No body is concern about employees. why will someone work here? All sales team is not happy and they are working till theyget other jobs.
