Poor Work discipline, Organogram wise JD monitoring not happening. Performance wise employee appreciate not happening. Performer insulted instead of appreciate,

8 years working in Africarriers Ltd, company product has opportunity to lead market. Leading my responsibility with yearly target and growth. company never appreciate. But i feel happy on my achievement. And waiting for a better assignment .
