I liked very much was that was my 2nd bpo job and i was great full that got opportunity to work with aegis. the main thing was i was joined there as a fresher and i improve my skill get new ideas and we get knowledge, also personality and get things to learn.... one suggestion if a person want to start his career in BPO should join in aegis. but one thing was i was not satisfied with salary. but overall management team is supportive....Read More

what is dislike was there was so much politics in between agents and tl and manager. I was worked for 1 year and i was look some igp nobody support me.

sometime get bore but sometime excited. My team was very energetic in everything.
