Nothing is there. Worst company ever seen. Suggest everyone not to join this company because of following reasons. 1. Huge job uncertainty. Every year November they layoff since last 2years. In 2024 March paid off. And November aswell. 2. Leadership team itself got laidoff twice and lot of changes 3. Inconsistency in decission making on roles. They create role and eliminate roles frequently. Example. Director role in FP&A, Director role in Accounting , Sr Manager roles in AP and GL. Play with the careers of employees by layoff. 4. No proper ERP and zero knowledge among functional consultants to support accounting team....Read More

Dislikes

Such a worst company I have never seen. 1. Pay structure is so smart that they give fixed less and variable more like ESOP , bonus etc. later before bonus time and ESOP time they layoff. 2. No consistency 3. No strong leader at India office who can fight for its employees.

Job security is at toss. Every November with Q3 results coming in, there is a norm of layoffs. People stay in constant fear of layoffs Constant change in leadership. Lot of people in the US leave organisation. No proper AOP or product backlog
