No job security, It is said that only 3 month for an employee.. then it's replaced by new one.. Only ppl who show themselves as working or are in good Books of management can stay long. No company culture You need to stand like a slave No promotion appraisal.. you have to plead for that No work life balance.. if you work 24/7 all365days you are the best employee. Worst. If you just want to get hike in your salary you can go work for 3 month then get hike in another company...Read More
