It's a good work environment and culture. The management is very transparent. Employee benefits needs to improve interms of coverage to family members. Annual appraisals are fair and only a decent hike, but a good amount of Annual Bonus is paid every year.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very low and growth opportunity is very slow considering this is an Broking firm and not an insurance company.

Work Details

Work life is very good and stable here. Thanks to the mutiple hats that I have got to wear, it has helped me learn a lot of different insurance products.
