food, pick-up and drop, workload, flexibility but with 9 hours daily mandatory working, showoff

Dislikes

1. There was no opportunity to learn and grow in this Budgeting and KPI department. 2. Lots of workload. 3. High level of work politics. 4. People prefer to use top down approach for small tasks as well. 5. Management plays person favorite 6. There is no value of any certificates, advance courses or professional degree to climb up on the hierarchy. 7. Department Head plays mind tricks.
