Strong brand recall . You would carry yourself thru' most closed doors at ease with your company id card . Company culture highly inward looking and totally shut down on fresh ideas / positive inputs. There are coteries which exist where you have to enroll for survival . Teammates are mostly untrustworthy . Leadership team is represented by people whose business sense and practical outlook has been extinct since long and since the organization wants the old leadership to be at helm , the situation is moving from precarious zone to disaster zone , with management turning blind eye . There is vacuum for clear vision and direction as mostly the marketing and sales plans are light years away from reality .
