Strong brand recall . You would carry yourself thru' most closed doors at ease with your company id card . Company culture highly inward looking and totally shut down on fresh ideas / positive inputs. There are coteries which exist where you have to enroll for survival . Teammates are mostly untrustworthy . Leadership team is represented by people whose business sense and practical outlook has been extinct since long and since the organization wants the old leadership to be at helm , the situation is moving from precarious zone to disaster zone , with management turning blind eye . There is vacuum for clear vision and direction as mostly the marketing and sales plans are light years away from reality . Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
