Abhishri Packaging Private Ltd. is a company founded in 2004 by Mr. Rakesh Tainwala, who is the Managing Director & CEO of the company. The company started its first manufacturing facility in Umbergaon in April 2016. Currently, the company has 4 manufacturing locations, 1 located in the Southern district of Valsad in Gujarat State and 3 plants located in the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. All the plants are within 150 Kms of Mumbai, where the company’s Head Office is located.
The company today employs more than 2000 people directly & indirectly for its manufacturing and selling operations. The total land area occupied by the company’s four plants is around 20 Acres and a constructed area of around 50000 Square Meters.
The company’s sales for the year 2017-18 was Rs. 1670 Million ( around USD 25 Million) The estimated sales for the year 2018-19 is Rs. 2200 Million ( around USD 32 Million). The company’s exports account for more than 60% of the sales, with major export markets in Europe & North America.
