Peak time or during season is when our work-life balance goes out of focus. These 2-3 months are really hectic and everyday comes with a new problem to solve. But the kind of maturity I have gained by experiencing these peak months is worth more than my MBA.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company fosters a flat hierarchy enabling open communication with everyone including the senior leadership team. Additionally the exposure to cross functional team is exceptional offering valuable opportunities for collaboration and learning

Dislikes

Management can workup on the company culture. Improvement in recognition and appreciation for good performing employees.
