Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management Is transparent. At the joining time I joint as a management trainnee Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in bellow management. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no normal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I lost my job during lockdown, it's one of the most heartbreaking thing for me. I am staying at mumbai and my office placed at kalyan, I was taking precautions for self during this days, it's only mistake of mine. Today there 2 or more people are corona positive. Company was expecting from me more collection, they gave 40 customer numbers and was expecting me for collection of emi. 99% of them already selected moratorium and I was failed in collection. So company decided and told me that u have to resigned and leave organization because you are not capable person, you are not coming to office, you are not collecting emi from moratorium selected customer. And today I am jobless. Thank you for giving me this. Only I request you don't do same thing with any employee in future. Because people are working for their familiy, for their needs. Complete Family and family members are complitely depend on his salary. If anyone lost his job in such situation, how he can survive, how his family survive, what they will eat... So please... this is my humble request you before taking anyone job please confirm he or she is sole earning person of his/her family or not. Thank you...Read More
