Toxic company environment with unprofessional supervisors ...they follow the hippa guidelines where half of the floor phone uses on floor and half of them are restricted to use phone...that's the knowledge they have about RCM ..they don't know how a RCM company runs just focus on production,,no body focus on quality parameters.
