Only the positive thing this the watchmen uncle is polite and humble also the caretaker, Ramesh bhaiya is the genuine person in the company. • Head/Manager Will give food treat between work.

Dislikes

Washroom condition is very worst feels like you are using factory washroom, for the employee generally we can't use the visitor washroom. •Workculture is Very Bad. •Salary Hike on only In hand not in CTC. •If you take a sick leave without informing in advance they will fire you. •Toxic Work culture and environment. • Suffocating Place. •Head of the Office is just shouting on the other employees, sometimes also use abuse language. •You will feel drained here. They need one visit perday one the churned leads/Data. Can't possible. •force you to do more call if you fail to make a visit around 400 manual/dailer call i do after they pressures me. • you need to do work on weekoff also if you fail to achieve the target. • also do questions if you wear kada (bracelet) generally taunt. •Not suggest to join for sales....Read More
