Persona of Role-

CA/InterCA

- Candidates must have experience working in startups, particularly in Series B/Corporate companies-strong preference for those with a background in renowned CA firms or Big 4s.

- Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- He will have to handle AP.

- Must be adept at managing both internal and external stakeholders. Strong familiarity with the startup ecosystem is crucial.

- This is a people management role, but hands-on involvement in the groundwork is also expected.
