Vice President - Engineering Management (15-20 yrs)

About the Role :

As VP of Engineering, you will lead the Product Engineering team to develop high-performance customer loyalty solutions. You'll drive technology strategy, optimize architectures, and foster innovation while ensuring seamless product delivery.

Requirements :

- 12-15 years in Technology Product Development with leadership experience.

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.Net Core, Microservices, Secure SDLC (OWASP Top 10).

- Hands-on experience in DevOps, Distributed Systems, Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

- BE/B.Tech, MCA/MSc. with 3-4 years in product architecture & design.

Technical Skills :

- Backend : .Net Core, Windows Services, ETL, High-Performance Distributed Systems.

- Frontend : Advanced JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

- DevOps & Cloud : Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh.

- Security & Testing : Secure SDLC, Unit Testing (nUnit), Performance & Load Testing.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the engineering team to build scalable products.

- Define technology architecture ensuring performance and security.

- Implement DevOps best practices for seamless integration.

- Collaborate with product teams & enterprise clients for smooth execution.

- Drive innovation and best practices in development & security.
