Generative AI Engineer - Deep Learning (1-3 yrs)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer I to join our Tech team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for scaling our generative AI initiatives within the fashion tech space. You will design and build scalable AI models and solutions that drive innovation in fashion and image synthesis, transforming user inputs into realistic outputs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop generative AI models that create realistic dress images from text-based user descriptions.

- Develop, train, and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, VAEs, GANs) for applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and more.

- Design, implement, and manage machine learning pipelines for production-level generative AI applications.

- Optimise model performance through fine-tuning, hyperparameter tuning, and advanced techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data science, to build and integrate AI-driven features.

- Deploy and scale AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Stay current with the latest trends, advancements, and research in the field of generative AI.

- Ensure AI ethics, fairness, and transparency by identifying and mitigating potential biases in models and data.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Experience :

- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI, with a focus on building and deploying generative models (GANs, VAEs, transformers, etc.).

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers).

- Proficiency in building, training, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

- Experience with fine-tuning, hyperparameter, optimization, and advanced ML techniques.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience with image synthesis or fashion-related AI applications.

- Familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and specific libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, StyleGAN, and DALL-E.
