ZOHO HRMS Implementation Expert

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to identify and document HR requirements, processes, and workflows.
  
• Implementation: Customize and configure Zoho HRMS modules, including Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Performance Management, and Attendance Tracking.
  
• Process Mapping: Design and optimize HR processes to align with Zoho HRMS capabilities, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  
• Data Migration: Plan and execute the migration of data from legacy systems to Zoho HRMS, maintaining data integrity throughout.
  
• Integration: Connect Zoho HRMS with other Zoho applications (CRM, Payroll) or third-party systems to deliver a seamless solution.
  
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing to ensure system functionality, resolve technical issues, and manage go-live activities.
  
• Training and Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation, and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Zoho HRMS features and recommend improvements to existing implementations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelordegree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum [1-2+ years] experience in implementing Zoho HRMS or similar HR solutions.
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Strong expertise in Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and other Zoho HRMS modules.
    
  • Proficiency in workflow automation, custom functions, and API integrations within the Zoho ecosystem.
    
  • Knowledge of data migration practices and database management.
