Warehouse Operations - Cold Chain

Key Job Description

1. Routine warehouse operation includes activities receiving of incoming finished goods ,

storage, packing and further connection of outgoing to CFA's/ HUB's etc.

2. Checking of incoming FG from Manufacturing / HUB/ CFA , segregating batch wise and

suitable action for any mismatch / discrepancy and report to concern CAPA.

3. Timely action to clear the reported discrepancy along with stake holders.

4. Monitor logistics activities, co-ordinate with service providers for smooth despatches and timely completion.

5. Routine warehouse activities includes picking , packing for loose sku's to CFA distribution

6. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits, stock taking and reconciliation procedures.

7. Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and follow up to clear for any discrepancy.

8. Maintain regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards

9. Email correspondence and strong follow up to complete work timely

10. Ensure compliance on regulatory requirement and agreements as per GDP / GWP standards.

11. Ensure Team work , safety measures and continuous improvement in work.

12. Strict adherence on shared SOP's and GWP

13. Record maintenance

14. Inactive stock to be maintained as per regulatory norms and its write off process.

Skill set required:

1. Knowledge of SAP MM for Migo, Block, Unblock, Stock WM module, Excel, Word & Power Point

2. Knowledge of FG Logistics and distribution

3. Data analysis and CAPA on gaps of SOP along with root cause analysis
