Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Medical purchase rate contract preparation at group level
• Knowledge of eProcurement.
• Excellent Negotiation skills.
• Maintain Departmental NABH & Regulatory compliances.
• Doctors Meetings along with HOD.
• D TC Committee Co-ordinate.
• Monitoring of Narcotic Process.
• Formulary correction and Implementation.
• Make comparative statement of products as per quoted rates of molecules wise, company wise, Distributor wise, Doctor Usages wise & consumption wise etc.
• Follow the NABH Indicators.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
• MIS Preparation.
• Data Analysis & implementation.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Coordinate with stores / user departments on the purchase requirements.
• Compile, compute and tabulate the data for reports to be generated.
• Maintain records and files.
• Vendor management.
• Supervision of Non-Moving & nearing expiry items return follow-ups as well as CN.
• Consumption pattern analysis.
• Collect information on products and keep the superiors informed of the market trend.
• Coordinate with accounts and receiving section in settling payment to the suppliers.
• Good communication skills (Written & verbal)

Preferred candidate profile

D. Pharm/B. Pharm/M.Pharm + MBA with minimum 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.
