Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to be part of our engineering team and contribute to the development and execution of our technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background in JAVA/J2EE, Springboot and Microservices, a proven track record of successful team leadership, and a deep understanding of technology. The Senior Java Developer will play a crucial role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the overall technical strategy aligned with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
   
2. Technical Excellence: Drive a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex technical challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills: Require deep technical knowledge in Software Product Engineering using Java/J2EE, multhreading, data structures, collections, OOPS, synchronization, Algorithm, Microservices, Springboot

• Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies
• High technical credibility - ability to audit technical decisions and push for the best solution to a problem.
• Experience building E2E Application right from backend database to persistent layer.
• Experience UI technologies Angular, react.js, Node.js or fullstack environment will be preferred.
• Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Dynamodb, etc.)
• Experience in developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology.
• Good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr etc.
• SaaS cloud-based platform exposure.
• Ownership E2E design development and also quality enterprise product/application deliverable exposure
• A track record of setting and achieving high standards
• Strong understanding of modern technology architecture
• Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies
• Must have very hands on work experience on CORE JAVA concepts like multhreading, data structures, collections, OOPS,synchronization, Algorithm etc.
• Excellent team building, mentoring and coaching skills are a must-have
