PixiJS Game Developer - Javascript (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain interactive games using the PixiJS framework.

- Integrate game assets, including animations created with Spine.

- Implement game logic, user interfaces, and game mechanics.

- Optimize game performance for various devices and browsers.

- Integrate with backend systems and APIs.

- Handle PixiJS events and manage game state.

- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging game experiences.

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

- Utilize version control systems (Git).

- Manage dependencies using NPM and Yarn.

- Work with WebSockets for real-time communication.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3+ year of experience in PixiJS

- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and DOM manipulation.

- Experience integrating with backend APIs using various methods (RESTful APIs, WebSockets).

- Proficiency in HTML for structuring game content and SCSS for styling game elements.

- Experience handling and managing PixiJS events (mouse events, keyboard events, touch events).

- Proven experience integrating Spine animations into PixiJS games.

- Ability to optimize game assets (images, animations, sounds) and code for performance and memory efficiency.

- Experience working with WebSockets for real-time communication and multiplayer game functionality.

- Proficiency in using NPM and Yarn for dependency management.

- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with the development of slot games and related game mechanics.

- Experience with ReactJS or AngularJS is a plus.

- Basic understanding of design patterns for writing maintainable and scalable code.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in game development using PixiJS
