Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with expertise in Terraform and IBM DataStage to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, data integration, and infrastructure automation, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient data pipelines.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and processes using IBM DataStage.
• Automate infrastructure setup and deployment using Terraform for efficient resource provisioning.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into enterprise data warehouses.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to gather and understand requirements.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Document ETL processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in ETL development with strong hands-on expertise in IBM DataStage.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL best practices.
• Experience with data integration from diverse sources such as APIs, flat files, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for ETL workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
