As a Business Development Executive , you will be an important part of the company s growth strategy. You will be responsible for lead generation, identifying and developing new clientele, developing and maintaining relationship with potential clients, and promote company s business. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating leads and communicating with potential clients through various avenues such associal media, databases, online research, networking, etc.
- Preparing sales pitches, presentations, emails, social media posts, etc. and converting/closing the generated and company provided leads.
- Cultivating strong interpersonal relationships with the new clients.
- Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions.
- Having a good understanding of company s products and services and aligning them with client needs.
- Collating and maintaining the client information, customer interactions and transactions,details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client s requests.
- Achieving the designated target and lead generation and conversions.
